COVID-19 Update:

In response to the coronavirus, BioMedtix is taking steps to help ensure the health and safety of both employees and customers. We are also keeping in close contact with our vendors to ensure our supply chain remains intact.
BioMedtrix will continue to provide the highest standard possible of quality control as we navigate this emergency. Orders will continue to be filled as per our usual policy, pending any developments.
Should any interruption to our supply chain occur as a result of the pandemic, clients will be notified immediately.

Customer Service

Shipping & Delivery
Orders are generally shipped the day they are received provided the order reaches BioMedtrix by 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time. We use FedEx as our preferred shipper. Options include ground, overnight (priority or standard), 2 day and 3 day service. Although FedEx is very efficient at delivering packages on time, BioMedtrix is not responsible for delays due to fire, earthquake, tornado, labor strike, etc..
Return Policy
Unused and unopened implants may be returned for credit within 30 days of the invoice date, subject to a 25% restocking charge. All other sales are final. Implants returned with damaged or altered packaging will result in an $85.00 reprocessing fee per box. All returns must be pre-authorized by a BioMedtrix representative. Please call us at 973-331-7800 before returning any product.
Payment can be made by credit card, check, or bank wire. Unless otherwise noted, all terms are NET 30 for payment by check or bank wire.
Instrument Loan Policy
Loaner fees are based on a per procedure basis, and do not include implants. Customer will be charged for lost or damaged instruments. Customer is responsible for returning loaner instruments in the condition in which they were received, otherwise a cleaning fee of $100.00 will be assessed.
